If you prefer, you can strain 4-5 cups of yoghurt yourself, but it is most convenient to use a store-bought one.
Heat a skillet on the stove and roast the walnuts for a short while to release their aroma. Shake the skillet throughout the entire time. Mix them with the brown sugar and immediately transfer them into another container to cool.
Beat the strained yoghurt with the powdered sugar and vanilla drops, put amounts to your taste. Distribute it into 4-5 bowls, sprinkle with plenty of sweet, roasted walnuts and pour a spoonful of honey in each bowl.
