How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil, honey, the flavors and stir. Add the cocoa and crushed chocolate and mix well. Then add the flour in portions, along with the soda.
Stir with a wooden spoon at first and when it thickens, knead with your hands. A soft dough should be obtained.
Form cookies, with the size of a walnut and arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper. Bake them at 340°F (170°C) for about 15 minutes.
Be careful not to bake them for too long, since they should remain soft.
These chocolate cookies are wonderful.
