For these easy schnitzels, cut the fillets in half lengthwise, if they are very thick.
Season them with the dry spices and soy sauce.
Leave them to cool for 1 hour.
Beat the eggs into a bowl, pour the breadcrumbs into a plate and heat the oil in a pan.
Remove the turkey fillets from the refrigerator, first dip them in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs and fry them on both sides, until they aquire a golden color.
Serve the turkey fillet schnitzels with your choice of a garnish and a glass of wine.
