How to make
Clean and wash the rice, put it in a pot, pour cold water, a pinch of salt and boil, until it is semi-cooked.
In a bowl, mix the milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and starch and beat with a wire whisk.
Add the milk mixture to the rice in a thin stream, boil, until the liquid evaporates, by stirring, so that it doesn't burn.
Pour the milk with rice into a baking pan or bowls, add the beaten egg yolks and stir.
Bake the traditional rice pudding in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Leave it to cool and leave the Turkish-Style Baked Rice Pudding (Sütlaç) in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
