3-4 slits are made on the back of each cleaned sea bream.
Sprinkle the fish with salt and ground black pepper inside and out and place them in a baking pan.
Drizzle them with two tablespoons of olive oil and pour a 1/2 tea cup of white wine.
This way, the fish is left in the marinade for about 30 minutes.
The oil is heated for frying. Each fish is rolled in fine corn flour.
The fish is fried evenly, until it is full cooked on both sides.
The fried marinated sea bream is ready.
