How to make
Pour the crushed bulgur into a deep baking pan.
One after the other, pour the finely chopped onion, mashed garlic, peeled and grated tomatoes, the tomato and hot pepper salsa and each product is rubbed with your palm into the bulgur. Knead well, until everything is absorbed.
The bulgur swells from the absorbed fluids. Pour the mixture of dry spices (cumin, sumac, isot pepper, black pepper and paprika) and salt and stir again. Add the olive oil and about a cup of warm water. After it is absorbed as well, add the chopped parsley.
The mixture is formed into a ball and wrapped with cling film and it is left for several hours.
Then pinch a little of the bulgur with your fingers and form an elongated vegetable ball in the palm of your hand by pressing your fingers into it. They are consumed placed in a piece of iceberg lettuce and a slice of tomato, drizzled with pomegranate juice and lemon juice.
This mixture can also be prepared using a mixer and into a deep bowl.
The amount of spices and salt can be changed depending on your taste preferences.
