  • tomatoes - 1 cup (canned)
  • soy bites - 1 cup
  • onions - 2 onions
  • mushrooms - from 1 jar (300 - 400 grams)
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • oil
  • salt

How to make

Pour the soy bites with water and boil them for about 15 minutes and them leave them to cool.

Finely chop the onion and fry it in heated oil. Add the mushrooms from the jar and pour water from the broth, in which you have cooked the bites.

Cook until the onion has softened and add the soy bites. Stir and add the tomatoes and paprika.

Cook the dish for another 5 minutes, sprinkle it with black pepper and parsley. Serve it immediately.
