How to make
Boil the macaroni as indicated on the package, strain them and leave them to cool in a colander.
Put the sugar for the caramel in a small saucepan and heat it up, until a golden caramel is obtained.
Pour the caramel into a suitable baking pan and wait for it to cool, then pour the chilled macaroni.
Crumble the white cheese and add it to the macaroni. Beat the eggs along with the sugar first and add the milk with the vanilla.
Pour the mixture over the macaroni and mix everything well.
Put the macaroni in the oven to bake at 340°F (170°C), until they aquire a golden brown color.
