  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • white cheese - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • spinach - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • grated yellow cheese - 2.5 oz (70 g)

How to make

Beat the eggs along with the salt, melted butter (in advance) and water.

Add the flour and knead a smooth dough. Leave it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling.

Blanch a little spinach in slightly salted water and strain it.

Beat the eggs and mix them with the crumbled white cheese, chopped spinach and black pepper.
