How to make
Wash the bulgur well and soak it for 20 minutes in cold water.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Stew it with 1 tbsp. of butter. Then add the finely chopped pepper to it. Stir and pour the chopped tomatoes.
Stir and pour the broth. Once it boils, add the bulgur. Leave the pilaf to boil, until the liquid has evaporated. Season with black pepper and salt.
Fry the noodles with 1 tbsp. of butter and add it to the dish.
Boil the Turkish bulgur pilaf with noodles for another 10 minutes.
