How to make
Wash the bulgur and the rice. Put them in a pot, add the water, salt and olive oil. Boil them over a moderate heat.
Mix the flour, strained yogurt and yolk into a bowl. Stir well.
Pour in a ladleful of the rice soup to even out the temperatures.
Pour the mixture into the pot of Turkish soup. Boil for another five minutes.
Add half of the fat and sprinkle the Turkish Bulgur and Rice Soup with parsley, spearmint and cayenne pepper.
