How to make
Boil the potatoes in salted water. Cut them in half and carve out the inside with a small spoon. Drizzle them with olive oil and salt.
Clean and chop the mushrooms. Saute them for 5 minutes with a little butter and olive oil in a suitable pan. When they are ready, add the bacon. Then add the cream and stir.
You can add the inside of the potatoes to the filling.
Fill the potatoes with the mushrooms and bacon and add the crushed cheddar.
Bake the potatoes at 390°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
The baked potatoes with cheddar and bacon are sprinkled with thyme and parsley.
