Ingredients

  • green beans - 1.1 lb (400 g) canned
  • egg
  • salt
  • beer
  • breadcrumbs
  • flour
  • black pepper

How to make

The green beans are boiled in a pot with salted water (you can also canned ones, to save time).

Strain and leave them to cool. In a bowl beat the egg and add a little beer. Add salt and black pepper.

The beans are cut into equal sized pieces, which are strung onto a bamboo skewers.

Roll them in the flour on all sides, then in the egg mixture and finally in the breadcrumbs.

The skewers are fried in heated oil.

Wonderful appetizer.
