  • pork brain - 9.2 oz (260 g) cleaned
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • butter - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Soak the cleaned and halved pork brains in cold water with a little vinegar for about an hour or two.

Boil water on high heat with two pinches of salt, reduce the heat and add the pieces of pork brain. Boil for 5-6 minutes and remove them with a slotted spoon.
