measures

How to make

Wash and clean the peppers.

Fry the leeks in heated fat, add 2 pressed garlic cloves and one grated carrot. Add the minced meat and season with cumin, black pepper, chili and coriander.

When the minced meat is fried, add the cleaned rice. Fry the rice, until it becomes transparent, then add 1 cup of water. Leave it to simmer.

When the rice absorbs the water, remove it from the heat. Wait 5 minutes for the mixture to cool.

Fill the peppers with the stuffing and arrange them in a baking pan. Pour a little water into the baking pan and sprinkle the peppers with a little fat. Bake them for about 25 minutes at 390°F (200°C).

Place 1.1 lb (500 g) of yogurt in a bowl and beat with a fork, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, add 3 cloves of crushed garlic, a pinch of salt, dill and a few drops of olive oil.

Stir the sauce again and leave it for 1 hour in the refrigerator, so that it can flavor well.

The spicy stuffed peppers with garlic sauce are very tasty.
