  • baby spinach - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • arugula - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • blue cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • pomegranate - 1/2 pc.
  • wine - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 5 tbsp.

How to make

The baby spinach and arugula are very well washed.

Place them in a deep bowl and pour cold water over them.
