How to make
Put half of the milk on the stove with the sugar and butter.
Beat the other half of the milk with the flour and eggs. Before the milk boils, pour a thin stream of the egg mixture over it, while stirring with an wire whisk, so that it does not burn.
Boil the cream over low heat, until it thickens.
When you think it's thick enough, turn off the heat and add the broken pieces of chocolate. Stir, until it melts.
Distribute the prepared chocolate cream into suitable cups and wait for it to cool.
Then sprinkle generously with coconut shavings. Add whipped cream on them. Decorate them with pieces of pomelo and a sprig of mint.
This is a very fresh and delicious dessert!
