How to make
Beat two eggs with a cup of sugar, pour the melted (but not hot) butter, add the flour (set aside 2 tbsp) and the baking powder. Knead the dough and divide into 10 pieces. Bake small waffles in your waffle maker.
Prepeare the cream by beating two egg yolks with the remaning flour, 1/2 sugar, and vanilla powder. Gradually add the hot milk and keep whisking.
Cook the cream for 2-3 minutes and strain through a sift. Put a little cream on top of each waffle, and decorate with a strawberry and a leaf of mint.
