How to make
The feta is cut into cubes and the cherry tomatoes are cut in half.
Cut the red onion into small cubes.
Cut the olives into quarters.
Put the vegetables in a deeper bowl, add the olives and canned corn, then pour the lime juice.
Add the feta, olive oil and stir.
Add salt, black pepper, the finely chopped parsley and combine everything in the corn salad.
Place the corn and feta cheese salad in the refrigerator overnight.
