How to make
Beat the honey in the soy sauce, add the chopped garlic, wine and spices.
Put the prepared pork ribs in the resulting mixture and leave them for a while. Leave them in the fridge all night.
Cut the potatoes and put them in the marinade for 15-20 minutes.
Put everything in a baking bag and I add some of the sauce and bake at 390°F (200 degrees) for 50-60 minutes.
You can also bake in a baking pan, by covering it with foil instead of baking in a bag.
