How to make
Grind the biscuits, butter, honey and cocoa in a blender, until a sticky mixture similar to a biscuit dough is obtained.
Pour it into a rectangular mold, which is covered with foil. Smooth it out and shape the base.
Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add the powdered sugar and yogurt. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Dissolve the gelatin in water, heat it to melt and pour it into the dairy mixture. Pour 2/3 of the mixture on the biscuit base.
To the remaining white mixture with gelatin add the melted chocolate, stir and pour it in portions on the white parfait and use a spoon to create melange patterns.
Store it in the refrigerator overnight.
Cut the biscuit parfait with yogurt and chocolate into rectangles and serve it.
