Ingredients

  • turkey meat - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onion - 2 onions
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • beer - 1/2 can

How to make

Wash the turkey. Put it in a pot with a little fat and fry it, until it changes its color.

Pour the beer, add salt and black pepper. Wait for the alcohol to evaporate slightly and reduce the heat.

Cover it with a lid and stew it for 15 minutes, by stirring occasionally. Make sure it doesn't to run out of liquid (pour a little water, if necessary), but do not add too much. The goal is to stew the meat, cook it and it should be left in its fat in the end.

Cut the onion into crescents. When the meat is ready, add the onion. Fry it for 5 minutes and pour 1-2 tablespoons of water.

Close the lid and stew for 5 minutes. Open, stir and add 1-2 tablespoons of water again.

Wait for the water to boil and the onion to soften and turn it off. Serve it, while it's warm.
