Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • flour - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • yolks - 1 pc.
  • parmesan - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • milk - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
  • black pepper - a pinch
  • nutmeg - a pinch
  • for garnish
  • mozzarella - 1 pc. (125 g)
  • ham - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mushrooms - 3 - 4 pcs.

How to make

Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces. Boil them in salted water. Strain and puree them immediately.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese, flour, one egg, one yolk to the mixture, pour the milk and melted butter. Season with a pinch of black pepper and grated nutmeg.

Homogenize the products well. Grease a baking pan (11″ /28 cm/) with butter and sprinkle it generously with breadcrumbs.

Pour the potato mixture. Level it out and bake the base for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) with the fan on.

Cut the mushrooms into slices. Stew them for a few minutes in butter. Cut the ham into cubes. Chop the mozzarella. Remove the baking pan from the oven.

Garnish the pizza with slices of mozzarella, diced ham and slices of mushrooms. Place it back into the oven only until the mozzarella has melted.

Serve the potato pizza with mushrooms, ham and mozzarella hot!
