How to make
Defrost the zucchini and squeeze the juice.
Put them in a bowl, beat one egg and grate the cheddar. Season with salt, universal spice and dill. Knead, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Heat frying oil in a deep frying pan.
Shape the patties. Roll them in flour and dip them in the beaten egg.
Fry the zucchini patties, until a golden color is obtained on both sides.
Place them onto kitchen paper, so that it can absorb the excess fat.
Sprinkle them with dried dill and crushed garlic.
