How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar with a wire whisk. Add the milk, salt, limoncello and lemon juice. Stir well. Towards the end add the flour and baking powder.
Set the mixture aside for 10 minutes.
Then in a small saucepan with heated oil (about two fingers) - fry part of the dough with the help of two teaspoons.
To prevent the dough from sticking to them, dip the spoons in a glass of water for a moment.
The fritters turn on their own, but keep an eye on them and turn them to the other side when they aquire a golden brown color.
While they're warm, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
