Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 10 oz (275 g)
  • cottage cheese - 9 oz (250 g) unsalted
  • butter - 6 oz (170 g)
  • condensed milk - 1/5 cup (70 ml)
  • powdered sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • liquid cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • raspberries - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • blueberries - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Puff pastry roll with cream and fruit, which will create a real feast at your table. If you are a fan of puff pastry, you should definitely try it.

The long side of the puff pastry is cut into 0.8″ (2 cm) wide strips. As they are on the paper, transfer the strips into a baking pan and bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for 15 minutes. Leave them to cool.

Whip the liquid cream well.

Beat the butter with powdered sugar.

The cottage cheese is mixed with condensed milk and it is beaten. It is added to the butter. Stir, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then add the cream.

The baked strips are arranged onto cling film next to each other. Spread them with cream, by leaving a little of it to spread on the puff pastry on top.

The raspberries and blueberries are distributed on the cream.

With the help of the cling film a roll is formed. Place it in the refrigerator to harden.

The cling film is removed from the roll and it is spread with the leftover cream.

The cream roll is decorated with raspberries and blueberries.
