How to make
Beat the eggs into a frothy mixture, then add all of the other ingredients. If you are making them for the first time, do not be surprised if the mixture becomes thicker than for classic pancakes.
Bake the American pancakes in a well-heated pan with a little fat (preferably coconut oil), add a small amount of mixture to get pancakes with a diameter of about 5″ (12 cm). They need a few seconds and they are ready.
Spread them with jam of your choice and serve them on top of each other to the desired height.
