How to make
Peel and slice the apples. Sprinkle them with the juice of half a lemon, so that they do not turn brown.
Using a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar for five minutes. Gradually add the vanilla, baking powder, milk and butter.
Add the flour little by little, by stirring with a wooden spoon, so that the volume does not drop.
Add the apples and stir, so that the mixture can stick to them.
Turn the oven on to 340°F (170 degrees) and bake the apple cake for 35 minutes.
Then spread it with a mixture of egg and butter and if desired, you can sprinkle the butter cake with nuts.
Bake it for another 15 minutes. Once the baked cake has cooled, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
