How to make
Cut the butter into cubes and grind it with the flour and sugar, until a crumbly mixture is obtained.
Add the water and form a ball.
Wrap it in wrapping foil and leave in the refrigerator to harden for 1 hour.
Roll out the pie dough onto baking paper, spread with a jam of your choice and wrap the edges towards the middle.
Bake it in a preheated oven, until the jam galette is fully baked.
