How to make
In the bowl of the mixer, mix the butter, egg and sugar. Stir, until the products are combined well.
The flour is sifted along with the baking powder and vanilla. Add it to the butter mixture in portions.
After forming a soft ball, spread it out in a cake tin with a ring with a diameter of 10-11″ (26-28 cm), which is smeared with butter. The boarder should be about 1.2″ (3 cm). The bottom of the pie is pierced with a fork. Spread it with jam. The halved figs are arranged on it.
All of the products for sprinkling the fruit pie are mixed and rubbed with your fingers to form crumbs. Distribute it over the figs.
The spectacular fig pie is baked in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 40-45 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
