Ingredients

  • oatmeal - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • milk - 12 fl oz (350 ml)
  • flour - 4 tbsp.
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • butter

How to make

The eggs and milk are beaten. Add salt, sugar, cinnamon, flour to the mixture and beat again.

Add the oatmeal and stir.

Put butter in a heated pan to melt. Pour a ladle of the mixture into the pan and spread it well.

After frying it on one side, until it aquires a golden color, turn it on the other side.

When the pancake is ready, spread it butter on the top while it is still warm.

Make the rest of the protein pancakes, until you run out of the mixture.

They can be served with honey, chocolate spread or jam - however you prefer them.
