Ingredients

  • eggs - 8 pcs.
  • processed cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • poppy seeds - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • sesame seeds - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs. (for decoration)
  • yellow cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)

How to make

Put the eggs in cold salted water and boil them.

Pour the packets of poppy seeds and sesame seeds in two separate bowls. Peel the processed cheese from the foil and roll half of the pieces in sesame seeds and the others in poppy seeds.

Cut the yellow cheese into slices.

Peel the boiled eggs and cut them in the middle in a zigzag pattern, to create flowers from the halves.

Wash and dry the tomatoes. Peel a long strip from the bottom (like a white potato) and then roll it up, in order to make it like a rose. Arrange everything in an elongated platter.

Put the yellow cheese strips at the ends and next to them, the processed cheeses and arrange the eggs on the sides.

At the top, place the tomato roses to decorate the platter.

The dairy platter is ready.
