  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • brown sugar - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • salt - a pinch
  • honey - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • orange juice - 3 tbsp. + grated peel of 1 orange
  • dates - 3.5 oz (100 g) (dried and pitted)
  • walnuts - 2.6 oz (75 g)
  • oatmeal - 12 oz (350 g)
  • raw sunflower seeds - 1.1 oz (30 g)

How to make

The butter, sugar, honey, orange juice, salt and orange peel are poured into a pot on the stove, until the sugar melts.

The oatmeal and finely chopped dates are added to the hot mixture.

The mixture is mixed and poured into a baking pan, it is pressed down well and baked in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.

Leave it to cool and cut it into healthy bars.

The oatmeal bars are stored in a container bow, separated by paper or cellophane.
