How to make
Put the cream cheese and goat cheese into a bowl.
Stir well, in order to mix everything evenly. Take some of the mixture and roll it between your hands into small balls.
Break the walnuts into small pieces and place them on a plate.
Cut the jamon into small pieces. Put it in another plate.
Roll half the balls in the walnuts and the other half in the jamon.
If you are not going to serve them right away, wrap the cheese balls in cling film and leave the delicious appetizer in the fridge.
