How to make
Set aside 2/5 cup (100 ml) of milk.
Pour the rest into the saucepan along with the sugar. Leave it, until it has melted.
Remove it from the heat. Add the other milk along with the flour and eggs. Stir with a wire whisk.
Add the warm milk in portions. Add the vanilla to the egg custard and place it back onto the hob.
Boil the delicious cream, until it has thickened. After removing it from the heat, add the butter and stir.
Pour the egg custard with butter and vanilla into small bowls.
