How to make

Pour the vanilla into the milk and boil it. Meanwhile, beat the yolks with the sugar until they foam up and carefully add the flour. Remove the milk from the heat and allow it to cool slightly.

Carefully pour the milk into the egg mixture, while stirring constantly. Place it back onto the hob, bring it to a boil and boil it for 4-5 minutes until it thickens, while stirring the cream constantly. Add the butter and remove it from the heat.
