  • puff pastry - 1 packet (10 oz /275 g/)
  • spinach - 12 oz (350 g)
  • onions - 1 pc. (Shallots)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • bacon - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • ricotta - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • gorgonzola - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • nutmeg

How to make

Finely chop the onion and garlic and clean the spinach from the stalks.

Stew them along with the bacon in a deep pan with a little olive oil.

After that pour them in a bowl and mix them with the ricotta, nutmeg and salt.
