How to make
Beat the eggs and sugar into a fluffy cream.
Add the oil, yoghurt, crushed walnuts, grated apples, grated lemon peel and mix the sifted flour with baking powder in advance.
Stir, until a smooth mixture is obtained and pour it into a greased and floured cake tin.
Bake the sponge cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) and bake it until it's done, for about 40 minutes.
The fluffy sponge cake with apples and walnuts is ready.
