Ingredients

  • tangerines - 4 pcs.
  • mascarpone - 400 g
  • powdered sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • chocolate - 100 g

How to make

Peel the tangerines and blend them. Pour them into a small pot and boil them along with the crystal sugar. Boil, until the mixture thickens.

Mix the mascarpone with the powdered sugar and grate half of the chocolate in it. Stir and pour 2-3 tbsp. from this mixture in a dessert bowl.

Pour 1 tbsp. of the tangerine mixture on top. Grate some chocolate on top.

Put the fruit cream in the refrigerator to cool for 1 hour.

The mascarpone and tangerine cream is ready.
