  • pineapple - 3.5 oz (100 g) or peach

  • ginger - a piece the size of a walnut
  • parsley - 1 stalk
  • lemons - the juice of 1/2 lemon
  • coconut water - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • sweetener - optional (honey, agave syrup, stevia ..)

How to make

Cut the pineapple/peach into pieces in advance and freeze them, without allowing them to become too frozen.

In the blender, pour the frozen fruit, cleaned baby spinach, pieces of avocado, sliced ​​cucumber, which you don't have to peel if it is an organic vegetable.

Add ginger (fresh peeled root), parsley, fennel, lemon juice.

Blend at maximum speed for 1-2 minutes to get a really perfect fluffy mixture.

Dilute the green smoothie with coconut water and blend again for 15 seconds.
