How to make
Cut the pineapple/peach into pieces in advance and freeze them, without allowing them to become too frozen.
In the blender, pour the frozen fruit, cleaned baby spinach, pieces of avocado, sliced cucumber, which you don't have to peel if it is an organic vegetable.
Add ginger (fresh peeled root), parsley, fennel, lemon juice.
Blend at maximum speed for 1-2 minutes to get a really perfect fluffy mixture.
Dilute the green smoothie with coconut water and blend again for 15 seconds.
You have 2 options with this smoothie - to make it thicker and serve it in bowls or to make it thinner and serve in glass cups.
This spinach smoothie is not sweetened, but if desired you can add honey, stevia or agave syrup.
