How to make
Peel the garlic cloves and saute them briefly in the olive oil. Add the well-cleaned mussels, cover the pan and stew the seafood for 4-5 minutes, until all of them open up.
The mussels are seasoned with lemon juice and wine and are left uncovered for a short time, until the alcohol evaporates. Cover them again with the lid and stew them for 4-5 minutes.
Remove them from the heat and sprinkle them with a mix of grated lemon peel, finely chopped garlic stalks and fresh green spices. If desired, you can add finely chopped hot peppers.
Drizzle them with a little extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle them with a ground sea salt and garnish them with lemon slices.
