How to make
Wash and boil the potatoes, carrots, eggs and after they cool down, cut them into small cubes.
Put them in a large bowl. Strain the tuna from the fat and add it into the bowl.
Cut the olives in half, the peppers into small pieces (set aside a little for later) and mix everything well.
Add the salt and stir again.
Add the mayonnaise and refrigerate it for an hour, then add a little more, if needed.
Garnish the finished Russian salad with the peppers, that you set aside earlier and serve it.
