How to make
The spinach is cleaned and scalded. Strain it and heat the water, 1 cup.
The tofu is cut into 6-8 large cubes. When the water boils, add the tofu. The spinach is also added.
Pour some of the liquid into a bowl and dissolve the miso paste in it. Then pour it back into the pot, stir and turn off the stove.
This type of spinach soup is drinkable - the spinach and tofu are eaten with chopsticks and the soup is drunk.
The lean miso soup with spinach is ready.
