  • onion - 1 onion
  • rice - 1 cup
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • mint
  • oil - 3 - 4 tbsp.

How to make

First, clean the spinach and wash it. Cut it into small pieces along with the peeled onion.

Heat the oil and simmer briefly for about 4-5 minutes. Add the washed and strained rice and fry it for 2-3 minutes.

Add the paprika, stir and pour 4 cups of water. Season with as much salt as you desire and add the finely chopped mint.

Allow the rice to boil over low heat until it is ready. If desired, the spinach with rice can be served with a spoonful of yogurt.
