  • olive oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)

How to make

Pour the olive oil into a deep frying pan. When it has heated up, add the sliced ​​white fish, mussels and shrimp and fry them until they aquire a golden color. They need to be turned from time to time.

When they are ready, add the vegetables - peas and the tomato and when they soften, add paprika, saffron and water. The amount should be three times the amount of the rice, which is going to be used.

When it boils, leave it on the heat for about 5 minutes, then reduce it and boil for another 30 minutes on medium heat, then increase it again and add the rice.

The paella is cooked for about 10 minutes on high heat, then it is reduced to medium heat and it is cooked until the rice is cooked through. It must absorb all of the liquid, but without overcooking it.
