Ingredients

  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • vegetable broth - 4 cups (1 liter)
  • onion - 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • garlic - 1 clove (finely chopped)
  • green beans - 8 oz (225 g)
  • broad beans - 12 oz (350 g)
  • white beans - 0.9 lb (425 g) canned
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste
  • chives - for decoration

How to make

Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the broad beans and green beans.

Add the vegetable broth and boil it for 10 minutes. After removing it from the heat, add the white beans.

Half of the soup is strained, then it is poured back into the other half. Season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with finely chopped chives.
