Ingredients

  • flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • powdered sugar - 7 oz (200 g) + for sprinkling
  • butter - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • vanilla sugar - 0.3 oz (8 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • matcha - 2 tbsp (6 g)

How to make

Sift the flour with the baking powder into a bowl and mix with 4-5 g of matcha powder, a pinch of salt and the vanilla sugar.

Beat the soft butter with the powdered sugar, beat the eggs one by one and beat at all times, until the mixture is smooth and becomes light in color.

Add the dry mixture in portions, until it is completely absorbed.

Pour it into a greased cake tin and bake it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 30-35 minutes.

Wait a few minutes before removing the cake from the cake tin and then leave it to cool on a wire rack.

Sprinkle it generously with powdered sugar and decorate it on top with the rest of the Matcha.
