How to make
Beat the eggs with the white granulated sugar, until a fluffy mixture is obtained. Add the butter, a pinch of salt and the alcohol and continue beating until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Sift the flour with the baking powder in portions, while stirring gently with a spatula or a wooden spoon until a smooth and fluffy mixture is obtained.
Peel and cut the apple into small cubes. Break the chocolate into pieces. For a better taste I use one with nuts.
Place apple pieces on the bottom of the silicone muffin mold or paper muffin molds. Pour a little of the prepared mixture and a piece or two of chocolate on top. Finally, add more of the muffin mixture without filling the molds to the brim, so that they have room to rise.
To finish them off, put another piece of apple and sprinkle each muffin with brown sugar, which will create an appetizing and crunchy crust.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 20 minutes or until they're fully baked.
Enjoy!
