How to make
In a bowl, stir the eggs, add yoghurt with hartshorn and vinegar and stir with a spoon - you don't need a mixer. Use a dry and hard cheese. Add the flour with the salt and a little oil at the end.
Mix well with a spoon - the mixture becomes almost like a pancake batter, but do not worry but if it is thick. Bake in a small form or distributed in smaller forms. Bake the economical salty pie in a heated oven at 390°F (200 °C) on the top and bottom. After a while, reduce the oven to 310°F (155 °C).
Be sure to oil and flour a form in advance before you pour out the mixture. You can try out the products you have at home. This is my own recipe and I have made it several times, my 8 year-old son prefers it instead of sweet pie.
